5. News content belongs to its publishers
DynamiRSS collects articles from third-party news channels (RSS feeds and some YouTube channels). The articles, headlines, summaries, excerpts and images belong to their publishers and other rights holders, not to us and not to you.
- The API gives you links, short excerpts and metadata (title, summary, excerpt, image URL, source name, link and publish date) so you can point readers to the original story. It does not give you a licence to republish full articles or images.
- You are responsible for how you display this content: show the source and link to the original, and follow each publisher's terms and the copyright law that applies to you. If a publisher asks you to stop showing their content, you must stop.
- We don't check articles for accuracy and don't endorse them. Articles are currently kept for about one year, and how far back you can search depends on your plan. Channels may be added or removed at any time.
Publishers who want their channel removed can contact us at support@dynamiapps.com.
